Car Seats:

All car seat must not be subject to recall or have been involved in an accident.  They should be less than 5 years old, clean and in like new condition.

Swings, Bouncy Seats, High Chairs, Jumpers:

All of these items must be clean, not subject to recall and set up for display. They will sell better if the buyer can see them set up.

Furniture: 

Cribs, hutches, changing tables, dressers must all be clean of any marks, scratches and in like new condition.  These items must be set up for display in order to sell.

Acceptable Furniture:

Table/chair sets, working baby lamps, book cases, changing tables, cribs and bedroom sets, hutches, armoires for children.  Remember this is a children’s consignment sale.

Unacceptable Furniture:

Sofa and living room type furniture and lamps.

Blankets:

These must be hung on hangers and pinned in such a manner that they do not slide off onto the floor.

Layette:

If possible place these items in original packaging or a plastic cover with zipper. This will help prevent little fingers from leaving their mark.

Receiving blankets, bibs, onesies:

These may be placed in a ziploc in multiple numbers.  The amount of items in a bag is up to you, but remember they must be clean and free of stains and the price must not be less than $2.50 as that is our minimum price for any item in the sale.

Shoes:

These must look as if they are new or slightly used at their worst.  All laces must also look new.  These must have your consignor number and price on masking tape on each of their soles and placed in a ziploc along with your price tag bearing the bar code.  This will prevent loss if the tag gets separated from the shoes.
