Seller Questions:

1. How much can I earn?  Up to 70% of your sale price depending on which option you choose.

2.  Who determines the price?  You do.  There is a minimum price of $2.50 per item.

3.  Is there a limit on items I can bring to the sale?  There is only a minimum requirement of 15 items. You may bring as many as you would like.

4.  Is there a fee to participate?  Yes, there is a $7.50 facility fee.

5.  How often are the sales held?  The sale will be held twice yearly, once in the Spring/Summer and once in the Fall/Winter.

6.  How do I benefit from the sale?  You set the price, prepare the items,  drop it off, and we do most of the work for you such as location, advertising, and monitoring the sale.

7.  Do I have to stay for the sale?  No, that is the beauty of a consignment sale.  You drop it off, shop if you like during the consignors early sale, and then come back and pick up your remaining items or donate them to charity if you like.

8.  When do I get paid?  Your check will be ready on pick-up day after the sale is over.

Buyer Questions:

1.  Is there a place to try-on clothing?  Yes, there are restrooms that you may use.

4.  What forms of payment are accepted?  We accept cash, checks with 2 forms of identification and credit or debit cards.

5.  Do you provide baskets?  No, please bring a laundry basket with you to help tote your bargains.

6.  What is your return policy?  All sales are final.

7.  Are the prices fixed or is there room for bargaining?  Prices are as marked until the last day of the sale when the seller has the option to lower the price to half-off.  If the tag has a red dot on it, then the price stays as the original. It will not decrease to half price.

Volunteer Questions:

1.  What opportunities are there to help out?  You can help with set up, break down of the sale, help with sorting through clothes during drop-off times, help out during the sale itself, there are many possibilities. 

2.  How long is a volunteer shift?  Each volunteer shift is 4 hours.

3.  What do I get in return for volunteering?  You get to shop early before the sale opens up to the public and get first choice of the items offered.

4.  Can I bring my children with me to volunteer?  No, unfortunately we will need your full attention, and we all know how our children can be a distraction.

5.  Do you offer childcare for the volunteers?  No.  We do not have the manpower to offer that service.  However, you could watch a friend’s children while she volunteers and in turn she could watch yours.  Then you are both able to shop early.

6.  What happens if I have to cancel my shift?  If you need to cancel please try to find someone to fill your shift.   If you are unable to find someone, please let us know in advance anyway.  If you are a “no-show” then we reserve the right to cut your percentage in half on items that you consign with us.
