Sponsor/Vendor Opportunities
If you would like to help sponsor our event, we would love to have you. We offer the opportunity for family friendly businesses to set up a table within our event to help get exposure for their own business or participate in our "Sponsor Sack".
Katie's Klothesline is a semi-annual event that occurs in the spring and fall. We are happy to offer this opportunity for families in the Coastal Bend to gain a return on the items that they purchase for their children such as toys, clothing, baby equipment, etc. from baby to teen. When trying to stretch the family dollar parents are always looking for ways to save and earn an extra buck if possible. Our Consignment Event is the perfect opportunity to do both.
By choosing to be a sponsor or vendor at our event, you will reach the demographic that you are working towards. We advertise in many ways to reach potential consignors and shoppers such as in kid's magazines, thousands of flyers are passed out to daycares and preschools and even some entire school districts, family websites, car magnets and we have been on local news networks to promote this opportunity.
We strive for our sale to be an up-scale event with high quality merchandise that has been inspected before it has ever been placed on our selling room floor. We also use a computerized barcoding system to keep track the consignor's items. This allows us to guarantee the items in the sale against loss or theft which separates us from other consignment sales or stores.
In past events, we have had Photography, Bows, Tupperware, Books, and Scrapbooking. We would love to help you promote your business!
Sponsor Tables:
Table prices are as follows:
4x4 (card table size) = $50
6 foot Table = $75
8 foot Table = $100
You are responsible for providing the table and any chairs you wish to have with you. You may bring your merchandise to sell or portfolio for customers to order from, and you receive all profits from any sales that you make. All items will need to fit on or under your table, and you may also bring a backdrop if needed.
We ask that you provide 2 door prizes that will be given away during the sale to Katie's Klothesline customers.
You may set up during the day before we open to the public, and you may take down after the sale is concluded. We ask that you remove your items no later than the close of Pick-up Day which is the Sunday after the sale is over.
The 'Sponsor Sack':
We will be offering a new way for sponsors to get the word out about their family-friendly business. We are offering a re-usable shopping bag called the "Sponsor Sack" where you can include your catalog, flyer, business card, coupon or samples. The cost is $25 per sponsor or vendor. You should provide enough items to fill 250 sacks that will be available at the event. You don't have to be at the event to participate, and we will stuff the sacks for you. You will need to have any items for the 'sack' ready by March 14th.
